Edward (Ed) Hart

Ed has more than 22 years' experience developing, financing and delivering Australian infrastructure across the social, economic, transport and energy sectors.

His focus is transactions where the commercial, financing and technical issues must be solved together. He advises developers, investors, contractors and governments on PPPs, project finance, renewable energy, property, social and affordable housing, and refinancings.

Recent work led by Ed includes:

• Bid Director for the ACEREZ consortium’s successful bid for the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone Transmission project,
• Financial, commercial and regulatory advice on the development of grid-scale batteries,
• Structuring and delivery advice to community housing providers on their development pipelines,
• Strategic and commercial advisory roles across renewable energy zones, rail and ports.

Before FERN, Ed was a Director at Capella Capital from 2011, where he led third-party advisory mandates, including asset refinancings and sales.
