Nishani Fischer

Nishani has over 9 years of experience advising public and private sector clients on major infrastructure projects. She brings a background in project delivery and dispute resolution to deliver practical commercial solutions for projects and clients. Key capabilities include commercial advisory, financial analysis, transaction and project management. Nishani has worked across a wide array of industries including energy, commercial real estate, rail, health, defence, roads, and ICT.

Prior to joining FERN, Nishani was an Associate Director at Deloitte in its Infrastructure and Real Estate practice. She has acted as a financial and regulatory advisor to EnergyCo during the project development phase of NSW's first Renewable Energy Zone, Central West Orana, and as a commercial, financial, and transaction advisor to Health Infrastructure for the RNA Research and Pilot Manufacturing Facility. She also has experience in establishing and transforming PMOs for projects including HumeLink, the Hunter Class Frigates Program, and Pacific National's rollingstock and track upgrade portfolio.
