Jielin supports project teams with in-depth analytical work and assists project leaders in managing a variety of workstreams. Key responsibilities include developing financial models to understand project dynamics and capital structure to inform better investment decisions, research and preparation of presentations and advice on a range of topics.
Prior to joining FERN, Jielin worked at KPMG Australia in their Financial Modelling team where he was responsible for reviewing and assisting with the build of models in the infrastructure space. He has also worked on a range of consultancy projects in his previous role at Oxford Economics, with project topics spanning economic due diligence, demographic modelling and scenario analysis. He also contributed to providing comprehensive analysis on construction activity across the Asia Pacific economic region and detailed forecasts on global logistics and freight movement. Jielin is also experienced in data analytics and visualisation works.
Jielin enjoys collectables with recent interests being coffee equipment and analog film photography.
