BaptistCare’s Macquarie Park Masterplan is the staged transformation of the existing BaptistCare site into a mixed-use precinct of c.198,000 sqm GFA. The precinct integrates residential aged care and retirement living with build-to-sell apartments, student accommodation, retail and commercial uses.
FERN is advising BaptistCare on pathways to realise the precinct’s value, including strategic options for delivery and development partnerships. Our advice balances BaptistCare’s capital position, risk appetite and long-term interest as both landowner and operator.
FERN’s scope spans development options assessment, commercial and financial model review, and take-to-market strategies.
Separately, FERN is also providing financial modelling services to BaptistCare, developing a bespoke Community Housing Operational Model. This model focused on forecasting the resourcing requirements of future and existing assets.
