FERN has advised seven Community Housing Providers on bids and projects which are part of Housing Australia’s HAFF funding program in rounds 1, 2 & 3.

FERN’s experience spans a wide variety of project types in urban, suburban and regional locations, small and large scale, of traditional and modern methods of construction. Delivery models include turnkey acquisitions and developer fund-throughs, projects where special purpose CHPs are engaging in direct D&C subcontracting, projects on State land subject to development agreements, some with State delivery funding arrangements and contributions, or with financing on balance sheet as well as limited recourse finance structures.
