QEII Medical Centre Car Park was a design, construct, finance of a new multi-deck carpark to provide further capacity to the hospital precinct in Perth that serviced 36 medical organisations.
In addition to the new multi-deck carpark, the consortium also took responsibility for the operation of the existing parking for a total of 4,000 bays.
While a Director at Capella Capital, Ed led the refinancing and sale of the asset. The approach led to an outstanding price and refinancing outcome for our clients negotiating with a limited number of buyers.
