Sydney Light Rail

The Sydney Light Rail project encompasses the construction, ownership, and operation of the CBD and South East Line, as well as the ownership and operation of the Inner West Line, spanning a total of 25km.

The Peninsula University Hospital Redevelopment PPP consists of a new wing to double the floor area on this health campus, refurbishment works within existing buildings, the transfer of maintenance obligations, retail, new childcare and a community centre.

Darling Harbour Live

The new Sydney International Convention, Exhibition and Entertainment Precinct (SICEEP) included the build, own, finance and operation of convention, exhibition and entertainment facilities along with revitalised public domain.

Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre Carpark

QEII Medical Centre Car Park was a design, construct, finance of a new multi-deck carpark to provide further capacity to the hospital precinct in Perth that serviced 36 medical organisations.

Sunshine Coast University Hospital Carpark

The Exemplar Health consortium, including Lendlease, Spotless, Siemens and Capella Capital, was awarded the contract to design, build, finance and maintain the $1.8 billion Sunshine Coast University Hospital (SCUH).

Defence Solar

Located at Robertson Barracks and RAAF Darwin, the project involved the construction, finance and operation of two behind-the-meter solar facilities, with a combined capacity of approximately 14.5 MW, with integrated BESS systems.

Wynyard Quarter Precinct

The Wynyard Quarter is Auckland’s premier waterfront destination, a 10ha former marine industrial area on reclaimed land, which is being transformed into a mixed-use precinct.

A key economic initiative of the Wynyard Quarter redevelopment is the new Auckland Innovation Precinct. Delivered across several buildings, it brings together R&D, start-ups, an incubator and established local and multi-national businesses.
